You can eat this stir fry Chinese chicken with egg fried rice or simply with boiled rice.

Ingredients Of Stir Fry Chinese Chicken
- 1/2 kg chicken
- 1 piece ginger
- 1 fried onion
- 1 capsicum
- 4 spring onion, chopped
- 4 fresh red chilies
- 4 cloves garlic
- 10 peas
- 100 gm. mushrooms
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 tbsp. chili sauce
- 1 tbsp. dill
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1tbsp. soya sauce
- 2 tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 tbsp.black vinegar
- 3 tbsp. oil
Method Of Stir Fry Chinese Chicken
- Cook 1/2 kg chicken in 1 cup water till 1/2 cup stock remains.
- Now in other pan heat 3 tbsp. oil, add 4 garlic cloves cut into strips and fry well. Add 4 chopped spring onion, 1 fried onion, 100 gm. mushrooms, 1 capsicum, 4 fresh red chilies and 10 peas.
- Fry on high flame for 1 minute. Now add boiled chicken, chicken stock, 1 piece of ginger, 1 tbsp. peanut butter, 1 tbsp. chili sauce, 1 tbsp. soya sauce, 2 tbsp. black vinegar, 1 tbsp. brown sugar, 2 tbsp. tomato paste and 1/2 tsp. salt.
- Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve hot.
