Tandoori Chops Recipe

Now after eid, all of us have lots of meat in our freezers. So why not try something new. Here is the recipe of tandoori chops try it and do give your comments. These are dry chops and can be served as a side dish with any dip or sauce of your choice.

Ingredients Of Tandoori Chops

  • 1 kg lamb chops
  • 1 cup yogurt, beaten
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp.. hot spices
  • 1 tsp. red chili powder
  • 2 tsp. tandoori masala
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Chinese salt
  • 1.5 tsp. black pepper

Method Of Tandoori Chops

  • Hammer the chops so they get flat.
  • Mix all spices in yogurt and marinate the chops for 7-8 hours. Put in refrigerator.
  • Preheat oven at 200 degrees
  • Grease the baking tray and spread marinated chops on it.
  • Bake for 15 minutes and then turn the chops and again bake for 15 minutes.
  • Serve with salad and dip.
