This recipe for Thai style chicken egg noodles is shared by chef Zakir, a famous chef of Pakistan. This dish is a favorite among kids as well as elders. Do try it and you can also give this to kids lunchbox for school.

Ingredients Of Thai Style Chicken Egg Noodles

  • 1/2 packet egg noodles
  • 200 gm chicken, cut in stripes
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper as required
  • Turmeric powder as required
  • White pepper as required
  • Turmeric powder as required
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 green spring onion, chopped
  • 2tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worchester sauce

Method 

  • Boil the noodles with a little turmeric powder and drain it and keep it aside.
  • Beat the eggs adding salt and black pepper powder. Take half of the egg mixture and make 1 omelet, then again with the remaining egg mixture make 1 more omelet this way make 2 omelets and keep aside.
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil add chopped garlic sauté it, add chicken strips sauté it, add spring onion mix, and cook.
  • To this chicken mixture add boil noodles, salt, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce mix it well, and cook.
  • Cut the omelets into strips mix it in a chicken noodles mixture. Chicken Egg Noodles is ready.
  • Garnish it with coriander. Serve with sauce of your choice and enjoy:)
