Tuna is also a low-fat food but the calories increase with tuna because people add mayonnaise. Tuna has a low amount of saturated fat and it has vitamins, minerals, which bring us to, the fact of the matter is that fish is a great protein and cholesterol food.

Ingredients Of Tuna Fish

  • 1 tin tuna fish
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup olives
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp mustard paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Method Of Tuna Fish Salad

  • Cut cucumber, tomato, and carrot into small pieces.
  • Cut olives and oranges in small pieces too.
  • In a bowl make a paste of salt, white pepper, mustard paste, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  • Add all vegetables, pineapple, and green onion to that bowl. In the end, add tuna fish and mix all things lightly with a wooden spoon.
  • Your salad is ready to serve.
