After a long day fast I love to have this watermelon juice in my iftar. Its so refreshing and healthy. Add black salt in it for best results. This juice is perfect for hot summer day and you just need a blender to make this simple juice. You can also skip honey with sugar in following recipe.
- 2 cups watermelon chopped and deseeded
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 2 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh mint for garnishing
Method Of Watermelon Juice
- Combine watermelon, ice, honey and black pepper in a blender.
- Blend until its smooth.
- Garnish with chunk of water melon or with mint leaves and serve it chilled, and stir well before serving.Enjoy.
