Ingredients Of Weight Loss Green Tea

  • 8 cups water
  • 6 tsp. green tea
  • 1 piece mulathey
  • 1 inch piece ginger
  • 1 stick cinnamon stick
  • 2-3 cloves
  • 2-3 small cardamoms
  • Few mint leaves


  • Put all these in a pot and boil it. Strain it and drink it daily. Put this in thermos and drink daily whenever you want. Add honey according to your taste.
  • You can drink it two to three times a day. It has no side effects.

    1. Ur mother in law ko maaro jooti.. she looks like idiot and illiterate and so does ur hubby. Weight should not b a criteria. Reducing weight is so hard. U have to speak up for ur rights, jab tak aap jawab nahi dogay they will taunt u like weak. Give example Canada Mai bohut women fat hain but their husbands love them and lot of time men r fat but wife don’t say much or if they do then it’s upto a man to reduce or not.dont b in a pressure.

      Just eat healthy steam boil vege, salad, no roti no rice, drink warm lemon water early in morning esp, and walk everyday 45 mins.
