Rose water is very cheap but it has very good qualities and fragrance. You can also use it as astringent. Put rosewater in spray bottle and spray it on your face after washing it. It refreshes you immediately.
Combine equal parts of rosewater and vegetable glycerin for a wonderfully refreshing old fashioned lotion. Apply liberally as needed.
